Patina

Privacy Policy

Your stall stays on this device.

This policy matches the Patina app. This version does not run a review desk and does not upload your chats, photos, or reports.

What stays on this device

The app keeps the stall you create in local storage on the phone:

Sign in with Apple

The first time Apple returns a name, Patina uses it as an editable display name. Apple does not provide a photo. Until you choose one, the app shows your initials. Signing out keeps the stall. Deleting the account removes it from this device.

How that information is used

Your name and photo appear on the pieces, requests, replies, and chats you take part in on this device. Reports save a reason and the chat id so you can review them later in Settings. They are not sent to Patina or to the other person.

What this version does not do

Your choices

You can change your name and photo in Profile. You can delete a chat, restore a blocked person, or delete the account from Settings. Deleting the account clears the local stall on this device.

If something here is unclear, the notes inside Settings are the same policy, written for the screen you are on.
