Help for the stall on your phone.

Patina does not keep a copy of your chats. Most answers are already on the device, in Settings.

A chat, report, or block

Open the chat, then More, to report or block. Reporting does not block them. You can add them to the block list afterward.
You can keep the chat or delete that piece's history. Other chats with them stay.
Settings → Reports & blocks lists the people you blocked and the reports you saved. Restore asks before it turns messaging back on. Reports stay.

Agreements and the stall

Only the person who listed a piece starts an agreement. The other person confirms it. Both confirm payment before it is complete.
Blocking does not cancel an agreement that is already in effect.
Log Out keeps the stall for the same Apple account. Delete Account starts over with a new stall.

This page cannot see your device. If the app itself is wrong, write to support@patina.app and include the iOS version and what you were doing. Do not attach chat history unless you want to share it.
